Share your 🇽🇰 Kosovo story

We love Kosovo ❤️

But, every day we face frustrating, absurd, and sometimes even hilarious situations.
Things that get under your skin, whether it’s with government offices, public institutions, infrastructure, businesses, or just everyday tasks that should be simple but somehow aren’t.

Too often, when you complain, the response is something like: “Just be patient, it’ll get better.”

But, ignoring problems doesn’t fix the, it just allows them to continue, year after year.

This forum is a way to collect our stories and show that there is a clear pattern of broken systems, poor service, and unnecessary bureaucracy across Kosovo.

By gathering these stories, we can turn them into a national list of priorities, a way for politicians and decision-makers in Parliament to see what really matters to the people.

Update: We will submit the top stories and problems to Kosovo members of parliament soon and get all of you heard!

Lack of Kosovo's +383 code in Digital Online webpages

Many applications and platforms face problems supporting Kosovo's +383 code due to Kosovo not being officially listed in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) country code standards because it is not on the UN Statistics Agency list. This leads to failures in two-factor authentication and phone verification processes for users with Kosovo numbers on apps like Google, X, Viber, WhatsApp, Snapchat, and others. Users report not receiving verification codes necessary for app access or downloads or not having the option to select Kosovo international phone entry, causing disruptions in digital identity and services. This situation stems from Kosovo's recent transition from foreign codes like +377 (Monaco) and +386 (Slovenia) to +383.
